AM COCKERS
PUPPY AGREEMENT
This agreement states that the said puppy has been purchased by the said buyer with a non-refundable
minimum deposit of $100.00 and remaining amount to be paid in cash by delivery date. In the unlikely
occurrence of death or injury on breeders’ property before delivery and transfer of ownership, all money
paid toward purchase of puppy will be refunded. This document also acts as a bill of sale and/or transfer
of ownership from Miranda J. Bradley and Anthony P. Wagoner to the above stated purchaser when all
transactions and transfers are made. PURCHASER WILL NOT RECEIVE PUPPY UNTIL PAID IN FULL.
Registration, if any, puppy packet, and food samples will accompany this said puppy at time of delivery.
We DO NOT guarantee size, ability, and/or breeding capabilities on any of our puppies.
Health Guarantee
We, the breeders, have taken the necessary precautions to ensure that you are receiving a healthy
puppy that will become a part of your family. They have been selectively bred for disposition,
conformation, color, and overall quality. All puppies have received a “Well-puppy Inspection” by a
licensed veterinarian and the necessary first shots and worming applications before going to their
new homes. All puppies are believed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge. They are
guaranteed sound and free from life-threatening genetic defects for one year from their date of birth.
In the unlikely situation that a problem related to life-threatening congenital diseases would occur, an
exchange for a puppy of equal value (when on hand) can transpire or we can arrange a 100%
purchase refund. IF SO-CALLED LIFE-THREATENING CONGENITAL DEFECT APPEARS, PURCHASER
MUST SUBMIT TWO LEGAL AND AUTHENTICATED DIAGNOSIS CONCLUSIONS; ONE DIAGNOSIS EACH
FROM TWO NON-ASSOCIATED LICENCED VETERINARIANS LOCATED IN BUYERS' CLAIMED STATE OF
OCCUPANCY. Accompanied with the diagnosis conclusions, Buyer must also submit valid verification
of vet exams and an itemized statement of the said puppy's initial vet checks and continued shot
records for proof of completed vaccination and deworming in the agreed and appropriate time frame.
Veterinarian and other costs, besides the initial puppy purchase are absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE.
Breeders are not responsible for incurred bills related to congenital defects or other
health/maintenance issues after transfer of ownership. Buyer must realize that particular breeds are
predisposed to a variety of health obstacles or issues and are especially susceptible as puppies.
Buyer agrees to take responsibility of buying and owning a live animal and paying for such incurred
expenses to keep animal in satisfactory condition and leaves breeder not in any way responsible for
non-life-threatening conditions.
In the event that a situation arises and you cannot or do not want to keep your puppy (moving,
allergies, etc.) We will always take the puppy back free of charge and find them another good home.
NO REFUNDS
You need to protect your puppy. Their environment in their new homes for the first month or so is vital to
their good health. DO NOT take your puppy into public places or around strange animals. Make sure that
their environment is clean & free from problem-causing bacteria.
This guarantee does not cover health problems or death due to non-congenital ( non-genetic or non-
life-threatening) diseases, parasites, fungal or bacterial infections, feeding, lice/flea/mite infestations,
poisoning, environmental differences/changes, training and/or behavioral problems, or accidents.
Purchaser must recognize that intestinal parasites and fungal or bacterial infections are not uncommon
in puppies and very often appear during a puppies’ early development. We go through every length to
prevent intestinal parasites and such infections in our puppies. However, purchaser must realize that the
stress of going to a new home, changes in environment & travel can result in the appearance of
parasites and infections after the puppy leaves. RESEARCH YOUR CHOSEN BREED AND ALL THINGS

Take your puppy to the vet to schedule an exam, worming schedule, & shots.
THIS AGREEMENT IS VOID IF NOT DONE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF PURCHASE.
Do not drastically change the diet of your puppy as this can cause diarrhea & sickness. Any claimed
sickness related to foods or feeding is also not covered in our health guarantee.
This agreement only applies to the puppy, breeder, and purchaser stated. We, the undersigned, have
read and understand all of the terms of the agreement.
